Bears top 10 tips

So over the past month or so I have had a few people ask me what my top tips are. Now I was going to call this 'Top ten tips to weight loss' but then realised that its not just a weight loss I was after, as you can lose weight and still be unhealthy! My whole idea was to get fit and losing weight is part of that.
So without further ado, i give you MY top ten tips, as these are what I work by.

December update!

Christmas....soon...baah humbug! 
So... christmas is fast approaching and I have been busy so haven't been able to post here as much as i would like!  so for that, my apologies. 
Either way lost myself another 8lbs since my last entry bringing it up to 8st 8lbs  (54.4kgs) that makes me 15st 6lbs (99kgs) BOOM! officaly under 100kgs! gonna be honest, never thought I would see that!

I have been pretty busy getting everything ready for the new year as I have lots planned,  from a trip to train BJJ and surfing in El Salvador to running events! 

Tomorrow (sunday) Ze Marcello is doing a BJJ seminar at the club so hoping to get some great photos and some awesome drills in tomorrow :D so stay tuned for that! 

I have also had my recipe books out recently for some great healthy food, some of which I will be posting up here and on the facebook page so everyone can see what sort of things I eat.

Motivation.. Motivation, I think, is one of the key ingredients in weight loss. Now I know motivation is hard to come by now and again and I can say that sometimes find it hard to find the motivation, BUT! it always comes back, usualy helps if you have a great group of friends to help you and tell you to get your arse to the gym!! haha, either way I will be posting a big post about motivation, this was more of a quick update on my weight loss and what to expect within the next few weeks :)
